Nederland Fire Protection District

The Board of Directors of the Nederland Fire Protection District held a special executive session in accordance with Colorado Revised Statute 24-6-402(4) to conduct the annual performance review of Fire Chief Charles Schmidtmann for 2025.

Following a thorough review and discussion, the Board determined that Chief Schmidtmann has exceeded expectations in his leadership, management, and service to the District. The Board commends Chief Schmidtmann for his continued dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the safety and well-being of the Nederland community.
