Notice is hereby given that an election will be held on the 6th day of May 2025, by mail-in ballot and between the hours of 7AM and 7PM for ballot drop-off.  At that time, 3 directors will be elected to serve 4-year terms.  Eligible electors of the Nederland Fire Protection District interested in serving the board may obtain a self-nomination and acceptance form from the District's Designated Election Official (DEO):

The office of the DEO is open Tuesday thru Friday from 7AM - 5PM.

The deadline to submit a self-nomination and acceptance form is close of business (5PM) on February 28, 2025.
